OCCUPANCY
• Children 12 years of age and under stay free and count toward occupancy limits
• Guests 13 years of age or older are considered adults for booking and billing
• Rooms that can accommodate more than two adults: $25/night per extra adult

SHUTTLE SERVICE
• Operated by the City of Cripple Creek
• Not affiliated with the Hotel/RV Park
• We are not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations or discontinued service
• Guests receive a “shuttle card” at check-in to contact shuttle personnel

CREDIT CARD
• A valid credit card in the guest’s name is required at booking and check-in
• If booking for another guest, that guest must present their card at check-in
• Card(s) will be held on file and charged for all reservations including deposits, merchandise and applicable fees

DEPOSITS
Stays 6 Days or Less: First night’s stay + tax; non-refundable rates may be charged in full anytime

Stays 7 Days or More:
• Weekly: Weekly rate + tax
• Monthly: Monthly rate
• Half of deposit for 7+ day stays is non-refundable
• Stays of 7+ days may require additional review/approval

OTA Bookings: First night’s stay + tax; non-refundable rates may be charged in full anytime

CANCELLATIONS
Hotel (Standard): Cancel by 3 PM MST/MDT day before check-in for refund
RV Park (Standard): Cancel by 12 PM MST/MDT day before check-in for refund
Non-Refundable Rates: No refunds for cancellations or no-shows
OTA (Expedia/Booking.com/etc) Reservations: Follow OTA’s cancellation policy

FACILITIES & AMENITIES
RV Park:
• Equipped with water, sewer, electric, WiFi
• Fee based Bath House access
• Electric space heaters prohibited—violations may result in guest removal without refund

Check-In:
• Hotel: 3 PM – 9 PM
• RV Park: 12 PM – 9 PM

Check-Out: 11 AM

LIABILITY & CONDUCT
• We are not responsible for allergies, lost/damaged property, or vehicle/RV contents
• Additional fees apply for damage, cleaning, or special requests
• Disturbances may result in guest removal without refund
• Staff may enter rooms or inspect sites for maintenance, cleaning, or policy enforcement
• No personal cooking or beverage appliances in hotel rooms (medical devices exempt)

SMOKING
• No smoking/vaping indoors
• $250 fee for evidence of smoking indoors and guest may be removed without refund
• Tobacco smoking/vaping allowed only in designated outdoor areas
• Public marijuana use is prohibited by Colorado law

PET POLICIES
Hotel Pets:
• One dog (≤45 lbs) may be allowed only in Rooms 11, 25, 26, 27, 201, 202, or 203, at management’s discretion
• Pets must never be left unattended and must be leashed outside the room (Dog Park excepted)
• Pet fee: $25 per night
• Owners assume full liability and agree to indemnify Hotel Parties
• Policy violations may result in guest/pet removal without refund

RV Park Pets:
• Pets permitted at management’s discretion
• Must be leashed at all times outside the Dog Park
• Owners assume full liability and agree to indemnify Hotel Parties
• Policy violations, failure to control or clean up after pets may result in guest/pet removal without refund
