OCCUPANCY
- Children 12 years of age and under stay free and count toward the room's total occupancy limit
- Guests 13 years of age and older are considered adults for booking and billing purposes
- In rooms that accommodate more than two adults, an extra adult charge of $25 per night will apply for each additional adult in the room
SHUTTLE SERVICE
The City of Cripple Creek operates the local shuttle service to area businesses. The Cripple Creek Hospitality House & RV Park is not affiliated with this service and cannot guarantee updates on schedule changes, interruptions, or cancellation of service. Guests will receive a “shuttle card” at check-in to communicate directly with shuttle personnel.
CREDIT CARD
A valid credit card in the guest’s name is required for all reservations and will be held for deposits, fees, and any additional charges. If booking on behalf of another guest, that guest must present a valid credit card at check-in.
DEPOSITS
Stays 6 Days or Less:
- A deposit equal to the first night's stay plus tax (per room/site) is required
- For non-refundable rates, the full amount may be collected at any time before check-in
Stays 7 Days or More:
- Weekly: Deposit equals the weekly rate plus tax (per room/site)
- Monthly: Deposit equals the monthly rate (per room/site)
- Hotel stays of 7+ days are approved on a case-by-case
- One half of the deposit amount for 7+ day stays are non-refundable
OTA Bookings (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia):
- A deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus tax is charged
- Non-refundable rates may be charged in full at any time prior to check-in
CANCELLATIONS
Hotel (Standard Rate):
- Cancel by 3:00 PM MST/MDT the day before check-in for a deposit refund
- Late cancellations/no-shows forfeit the deposit
RV Park (Standard Rate):
- Cancel by 12:00 PM MST/MDT the day before check-in for a deposit refund
- Late cancellations/no-shows forfeit the deposit
Non-Refundable Rates (Hotel & RV Park):
- Cancellations or no-shows forfeit 100% of booking
OTA Cancellations:
- Subject to the cancellation policy of the specific OTA
- Please refer to your OTA confirmation
FACILITIES & AMMENITIES
RV Park:
- Includes RV site with water, sewer, electric, and WiFi
- Bath House access is not included—fees apply based on stay length
- Electric space heaters are prohibited; violations result in removal without refund
Check-In/Check-Out:
Hotel: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
RV Park: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-Out (Hotel & RV Park): 11:00 AM
LIABILTIY, DAMAGES & CONDUCT
Allergies & Property:
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions, lost/damaged property, or vehicle/RV incidents
- Additional fees apply for extra cleaning, damage, or special requests and will be charged to the credit card on file
Disturbances:
- Any disturbance caused by a guest, their party, animals, or devices may result in removal without refund
Access Rights:
- Staff may enter hotel rooms or inspect RV Park sites for maintenance, cleaning, or policy violations, including illegal activity
Appliances:
- No personal cooking or beverage appliances allowed in hotel rooms (medical appliances exempt)
SMOKING POLICY
- Smoking is prohibited indoors
- A $250 fee will be charged to the card on file if any smoking evidence (including tobacco, cannabis, vape) is found
- Smoking/vaping tobacco allowed only in designated outdoor areas
- Colorado law prohibits public marijuana use
PET POLICIES
Hotel Pets:
- One dog (≤45 lbs) may be allowed only in Rooms 11, 25, 26, 27, 201, 202, or 203, at management’s discretion
- Pets must never be left unattended and must be leashed outside the room (Dog Park excepted)
- Pet fee: $25 per night
- Owners assume full liability and agree to indemnify Hotel Parties
- Management, at its discretion, may require pet to be removed without refund
RV Park Pets:
- Pets permitted at management’s discretion
- Must be leashed at all times outside the Dog Park
- Owners assume full liability and agree to indemnify Hotel Parties
- Failure to control or clean up after pets may result in removal without refund
